Lamps and what they tell us

If these two bulbs were taken from the same vehicle, they each tell a different story depending on where each was located on the vehicle. Obviously the lamp on the right was deformed while illuminated and could have been located in its mounted position much closer to the collision area of the vehicle than the lamp on the left OR the lamp on the left was never ON. Another condition to be considered is the possibility that the running/tail lamp on the right was never ON, but its filament was heated and allowed to deform by “sympathetic” heating from the lower and larger flasher filament. When these circumstances are questioned, the engineers at Quality Forensic Engineering, LLC can help you make an informed decision on whether to proceed with your case.
