Quality Forensic Engineering, a leading multidisciplinary forensic engineering firm, is expanding our dynamic biomechanical team. Fatiesa Sulejmani, Ph.D., ACTAR, Biomechanical Engineer, has joined the Qforensics’ team, where she will apply biomechanical principles and methods of vehicle accident reconstruction to analyze the consistency of injuries and injury mechanisms in vehicular collisions, slip and fall events, and other similar incidents. Dr. Sulejmani evaluates and analyzes biomechanical systems and injury biomechanics sustained in vehicular collisions and other situations which may present potential for injury. She also performs accident reconstruction analysis in vehicular collisions, analyzing vehicle-occupant dynamics and interactions to evaluate the consistency of injuries.
Her research consists of both national and international partnerships, as well as collaborations with industrial partners. She also speaks English, Albanian, Italian, French, Spanish, and Russian. Additionally, she teaches college-level courses in biomechanics, biomedical engineering design, and bioengineering statistics.
Dr. Sulejmani holds a B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering and an M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Emory University, and Peking University.
