This is a one-hour class on Premises Liability incidents in personal injury.  This class is given from the perspective of an engineer and accident reconstructionist with more than 22 years’ experience in the field. The class will cover what is premises liability, common types of premises liability cases including slips, trips, stairs, walkways, and lighting, methodology for technical Engineering Analysis of premises liability cases, and technical applicable codes, standards, recommendations, and guidelines based upon technical data and engineering analysis.

The objective of the class if to give both new and experienced attorneys information that they can immediately utilize in their practice.
