This is a one-hour class on Slip, Trip, and Fall incidents involving personal injury. This class is given from the perspective of an engineer and accident reconstructionist with more than 19 years of experience in the field. The class will cover the description and causes of slip, trip and fall incidents; applicable statutes, codes, standards, and guidelines including OSHA, ANSI, and ASTM; and Tribometry with a demonstration of the English XL Variable Incident Tribometer (instrument to measure the slip index of surfaces). This course will provide both experienced and new attorneys with valuable information they can immediately use in their practices.
